Restorative and Yin Teacher Training

Module 1: October 3rd – 5th

Module 2: October 24 -26th
Friday 5-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 1pm-6pm

The first module of this training is about learning Restorative and Yin Yoga as a self-care practice. We will awaken to the healing potential of rest as a tool to enhance your body’s ability to come into balance. After the completion of this course, you’ll feel confident guiding yourself and others through gentle but powerful therapeutic practices.

The second module is about unpacking the art and skill of safely holding space for others through teaching. Caring for others is not only a way of giving back, but it’s also a form of self-care. We will learn teaching techniques for setting up key postures and sequencing well balanced restorative and yin classes that you can share with any level of practitioner to support their health and healing.

Deepen your experience of restful therapeutic yoga, learn to design your own practices, and build confidence sharing to both groups and one-on-one.

Autumn  is the season of gathering and refinement, where energy moves inward and downwards. It’s the exhale of the natural cycle. Trees drop their leaves and sap draws down to nourish the roots. Energetically, it’s a time to let go of what is no longer needed and to cultivate the energy and vitality we’ll carry into the darker Yin months ahead.
