Fall Qigong Series
In this Qigong series, over five weeks we’ll refine the fundamental practices in the graceful and healing tradition of Qigong, or 'Energy Cultivation" with a special emphasis on harmonizing with yin season of Fall, the exhale of the natural cycle. These practices are accessible for all levels of experience and will help you cultivate greater health and vitally, strengthen your immune system, and promote more smoothness, flow, and ease in your movements.
